“The Massachusetts Motorcycle Association is a not-for-profit organization of motorcycle drivers, riders and enthusiasts, dedicated to the preservation and enhancement of motorcyclists’ rights through appropriate, non-discriminatory legislation and regulation at all levels of government, and through the implementation of safety, insurance, education and public awareness policy and programs for the betterment of all motorcycling within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.” The MMA has done a great deal for their local biker community such as in 2007- M.M.A worked to secure a $15,000.00 Grant from Plymouth Rock Insurance Company and was successful. The money was used to produce 500 2′X8′ Check Twice Save A Life signs that were installed in highly visible areas across the state. A prime example of the M.M.A.’s commitment to safety and awareness.
