The Blue Ribbon Rally Car & Bike Show is the primary fundraiser for Family Guidance & Outreach Center of Lubbock a non-profit organization located in Lubbock, Texas. They are dedicated to the prevention of child abuse and neglect and to the education and support of parents and families. Working from the belief that parenting is the most important job anyone could ever have, the agency often is described as a safety net for parents in crisis.
