Free Raffle Posting Information

HarleyDavidsonRaffles.com posts charity motorcycle raffles free of charge! Getting your raffle posted here is pretty painless as all I need from you is the following (and everything is required)…

1) Contact information on your organization including full name, website address, physical address, main phone number, mailing address (if different) and classification (i.e. 501(c)(3)).

2) Contact information for the Raffle Contact person including name, email, phone, position.

3) All details on the raffle itself including drawing date, rules (if online just provide the link), website (if different from main organization site), ticket price, number of tickets to be sold, and so on.

4) The permit and/or license number of the raffle from your state/county.

5) Details on the prize motorcycle (make, model, year, extras, etc.) and pictures and/or video. The more pictures the better! BE SURE to include photos in the email (or a link to photos online) and if you have a video of the car we’d love to post it as well!

6) (Sorry about items #6 and #7 but you know how it is) By submitting your information to HarleyDavidsonRaffles.com, and/or having your raffle posted, you attest that your raffle is legal and valid, that all information you provide is true and valid, that your organization has obtained all necessary governmental permits/licenses/permission to hold a raffle in your state/county/town and that this site is simply providing free advertising with no responsibility or liability for anything of anykind.

7) By submitting your information to HarleyDavidsonRaffles.com, and/or having your raffle posted, you understand that HarleyDavidsonRaffles.com has the right to not post a raffle for any reason and/or to remove a raffle for any reason, or no reason, at anytime. HarleyDavidsonRaffles.com will at no time ever knowingly post a false, invalid or misleading raffle. Further you understand that this is a free service and HarleyDavidsonRaffles.com is not responsible for anything, at any time, for any reason.

Shoot me over an email right HERE and I’ll get your raffle online. I’ll post your raffle for a day or a year…as long as you need. All I ask is you tell your friends, coworkers and family about OldCarRaffle.com!
