Hello and welcome to HarleyDavidsonRaffles.com. This site is dedicated to helping organizations that are holding fund raising motorcycle raffles with their online advertising efforts.

A bit about me: In 2006 my father, a complete raffle nut, wanted to find a big list of car raffles online. I found one or two sites that had a few raffles listed but they charged for the service. Figuring that Charities are trying to make money, not spend it, we got the idea to build a website that would gather a bunch of car raffles from across the nation all in one place and post them for free. OldCarRaffle.com was born. Now, mind you, I’d never built a website before and had zero idea what I was doing. None. No programming skills, no knowledge of computer languages, no idea how the whole thing worked at all. I made every mistake you can possibly make and even came up with some new ones. But I’ve had a ton of fun and learned an amazing amount along the way.

As the site gained in popularity (much to my surprise) the requests for posting motorcycle raffles started rolling in as well. HarleyDavidsonRaffles.com was built up and launched. Along the way I’ve not only learned a ton about building and running websites but also have met some amazing people from all over the country and Canada.

The more I got involved in posting free raffles the more I realized that there was very little online aimed at helping charity organizations promote their fund raiser for free. In October of 2008 TheRaffleSite.com was launched to provide a spot for raffle fund raisers to meet, learn free and cheap methods of online advertising, share experiences and ideas and generally help each other out.
