“The Libertarian Party is the “party of principle.” Our dedication to every person’s freedom on every issue does not waver with the economy or political fads. We adhere tenaciously to the Constitution and the ideals of our founding fathers at all times.

If you feel in your heart that many of the laws and ordinances being pushed through the Federal and various state legislatures “just don’t sound right” it’s probably because they aren’t. Our Founding Fathers had a vision of a limited government to preserve your freedoms.

Many of our elected officials believe these freedoms should be curtailed because they believe that you don’t have the ability to make good choices for yourself, so they will do it for you! Libertarians believe that you have the right to make those choices, and also the responsibility for their outcome.
